How it works?
These sessions follow the same scheduling and billing guidelines as face to face sessions. Insurance coverage for these sessions is the same as face to face sessions.
What do I do next?
We use Doxy.Me for Telemedicine. To use our TeleMedicine services, you will need a computer with a webcam or a smart-phone. If you don't have any of those, please let our office know.
Please complete our TeleMedicine consent online. You can find it here in the Useful Links / Forms tab. A printable version of the consent is also available for you to print, complete, take a picture, and email it to us.
For your convenience, you can find your provider's TeleMed. link below on this web-page. At the time of your appointment, you will need to login using your pc with a webcam, or your smartphone (by clicking the link below).
Please try to click on the link before the appointment to be sure that your browser supports it. Then check into the waiting room at the appointment time. Once checked in, Wait for your provider to start the video call with you. If you need further assistance to prepare for your tele-session, please call us.
